Springer Rare Earth Project
The Springer Project is an advanced critical minerals asset located in Ontario, Canada.
It is one of the 21 North American projects with a defined Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) and holds significant upside potential for Gallium, a critical metal for the defense and semiconductor sectors. Springer deposit ranks 12th in terms of TREO grade profile, and 15th in tonnes with further upside potential, excluding gallium.
Resource Estimate (MRE)
16.9Mt @ 1.15% TREO (@0.9% cut-off)
Expansion Potential
50–100Mt Short-Term Upside
Magnet Rare Earths
21% High Payable (Dy, Pr, Nd, Tb) in basket
Ranking (TREO grade profile)
12th in Grade (North America)
Resource Details & Grade Profile
Mineralization Continuity: Mineralization is continuous along a c. 800m strike length and the deposit remains open in all directions for significant expansion.
High-Grade TREO: 1.42% over 108m, 1.06% over 359m
Thick continuous zones of mineralization start from the surface, including: 157m @ 1.43% TREO and 0.95% TREO over 439m.
The deepest hole drilled ended in a high-grade intercept of 1.78% TREO in carbonatite, at 465m depth from surface.
1.06% TREO over 358.6m, from 106.4 to 465m
104.1 g/t Dysprosium and 17.3 g/t Terbium over 27.1m, from 124.4 to 151.1m
Grade Profile: The deposit is LREO (Light Rare Earth Oxide) Dominant, consisting mainly of praseodymium, neodymium, lanthanum, and cerium, with 5-10% heavy rare earths Dysprosium, Terbium, Gadolinium, and Yttrium).
Exploration Target: Excellent potential to increase grade and tonnes with additional drilling. The company's goal is to define a ~50 to 100Mt+ deposit at ~1-2% TREO.
Gallium High-Grade: Thick zones of Gallium (Ga) were intersected but never included in the historical resource model (not modeled). The highest-grade intercepts include:
87.5m @ 102.7 g/t Ga₂O₃ (Gallium Oxide)
63.2m @ 96.2 g/t Ga₂O₃
Gallium Exploration Potential: Mineral system analysis suggests a ~10 Mt Gallium exploration target exists on the property.
The Gallium Opportunity
Gallium is an essential component for semiconductors, AI efficiency, and modern defense systems (radar, telecommunications).
While previous models focused solely on Rare Earths, recent analysis has identified Springer as a significant Gallium asset.
Unmodelled Potential: Thick zones of Gallium were intersected in historical drilling but never modelled.
Superior Grade: Intercepts include 87.5m returning 102.3 g/t Ga₂O₃. For comparison, this is higher than the average grade (47.7ppm) of the Cordero deposit, North America’s largest unmined Gallium deposit.
Exploration Target: Mineral system analysis suggests a potential >10 Mt Gallium resource exists on the property.

Our Projects
Aki Critical Element Project
Ontario pegmatite project near Armstrong with 100% ownership. Multiple mineralised pegmatite swarms, strong lithium values, and over 11km of strike with room for further discovery.
Roughrock REE Project
100% owned, 720 hectare rare earth project in western Ontario with no royalties. Bastnaesite and allanite identified within granitic intrusives and pegmatitic schlieren along Roughrock Lake.
